Deidre Thornell Headlining Inaugural Nashville Night Music Festival

Deidre Thornell is standing on the edge of success. Right now, the keyword is persevere. The Nashville, Tennessee-based country singer is on the verge of the next step: the big record label deal, the radio play, the multicity concert tours. But Thornell isn’t waiting passively. She’s writing songs, making music videos and recording extended play records. She’s knocking on doors, getting her name and her music out there. “It’s hard every day,” she told the Telegraph. “I have a relationship with music. I live, eat and breathe music every single day. You have to constantly be thinking about what the end goal and the end game are, what you want for your career, your life. You have to be constantly open, thinking about it.” On Nov. 18, Thornell will headline Nashville Night, an inaugural music festival and fundraiser kicking off at 4 p.m. in Founder’s Square. Also on the bill for this blues, rock and country concert: Dave Isaacs and Meg Williams & Travis Bowlin. Photo Credit: Jim Hartzell. Read more.
